These terms and conditions apply when purchasing goods from the Online Store.
The prices of products sold in the Online Store are displayed next to the products. Delivery fees are added to the price of the goods. All prices are stated in euros.
The delivery fee depends on the buyer’s location and the chosen delivery method. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer during the checkout process.
Information about the products is provided directly next to each item in the Online Store.
Placing an Order

The total price will then be displayed, and the buyer can pay safely using the following payment methods:

-
“Pay later“ payment solutions
NB! When paying via bank link, the customer must click the "Return to merchant" button on the bank’s page to confirm the payment.

Payment takes place outside the Online Store in a secure environment — when using bank links, in the secure environment of the respective bank, and when paying by credit card, in the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS.
The seller has no access to the buyer’s banking or credit card details.
The contract enters into force once the payable amount has been received in the Online Store’s bank account.
The owner of the Online Store is the controller of personal data and forwards the personal data necessary for processing payments to the authorised processor Maksekeskus AS.
If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the goods having run out or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed at the earliest opportunity, and the total paid amount (incl. delivery costs) will be refunded without delay, but no later than within 14 days of sending the notification.
Delivery
Goods are delivered to the following country: Estonia
The buyer can choose from the available delivery methods displayed at checkout.
Delivery costs are paid by the buyer, and the relevant price information is shown next to the delivery option.
Domestic shipments within Estonia typically reach the buyer’s selected destination within 3–7 business days from the entry into force of the sales contract.
Delivery outside Estonia takes up to 30 calendar days.
In exceptional cases, the Online Store reserves the right to deliver goods within up to 45 calendar days.
Right of Withdrawal
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the Online Store within 14 days.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity (company).
To use the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods may not be used in any way other than what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods — as allowed for testing in a physical store.
If the goods have been used for purposes other than necessary to verify their condition or show signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refundable amount in proportion to the decrease in the value of the goods.
To return goods, the buyer must submit a withdrawal form, available here:
Withdrawal Form
and send it by email to shop@datagroove.ee no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.
The return cost is borne by the buyer, except when the returned product does not match the order (e.g. wrong or defective item).
The buyer must return the goods within 14 days after submitting the withdrawal form or provide proof that the goods were handed over to a carrier within that period.
Upon receiving the returned goods, the Online Store will refund all payments received under the contract without delay, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal request.
The Online Store may withhold the refund until the goods have been returned or the buyer has provided proof of return — whichever is earlier.
If the buyer has expressly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard method offered by the Online Store, the Online Store is not obliged to refund the cost exceeding the standard delivery option.
The Online Store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of goods if the price of the goods in the Online Store was significantly lower than the market price due to an error.
Right to Submit Complaints
The Online Store is responsible for non-conformity of the goods sold to the buyer with the contract terms or for defects existing at the time of delivery and which become apparent within two years after the goods have been handed over to the buyer.
During the first year, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery. The Online Store must prove otherwise if disputed.
If a defect appears, the buyer must notify the Online Store no later than two months after discovering the defect via email shop@datagroove.ee or by phone +372 53052324.
The Online Store is not responsible for defects arising after the goods have been handed over to the buyer.
If goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective goods.
If repair or replacement is not possible, the Online Store will refund the buyer all payments received under the sales contract.
The Online Store will respond to consumer complaints in writing or in a form that allows written reproduction within 15 days.
Direct Marketing & Processing of Personal Data
The Online Store uses personal data entered by the buyer only for processing orders and delivering goods.
Personal data are forwarded to transport companies only to deliver the goods.
The Online Store sends newsletters and offers to the buyer’s email address only if the buyer has requested this by entering their email address on the website and agreeing to receive direct marketing messages.
The buyer can opt out of marketing emails at any time by notifying us via email or by following the instructions provided in the marketing emails.
